Captain Telev in 2152
A captain of the Andorian Imperial Guard in 2152. He was captain of one of the ships that was supplying the troops on Weytahn that were engaged in war with the Vulcans over the planet. While Archer tried to negotiate a peace settlement on the planet, Telev led a fleet of Andorian Ships against the Vulcan Fleet in orbit around Weytahn. A confortation was avoided when Tucker positioned the Enterprise between the two fleets, giving Archer time to reach a settlement with the Vulcans and Andorians. (ENT: "Cease Fire")
