Theodore "Ted" Albert Pedersen, Jr. (31 August 1938 – 24 June 2010; age 71) was an author from Seattle, Washington who wrote several Star Trek: Deep Space Nine young adult novels.
He started his career writing computer software in Seattle. He moved to Los Angeles and began writing for television, including the animated X-Men and Spider-Man series. He also wrote several novels and released a few collections of short stories in the young adult horror vein.
