Tamoon was a drill thrall on the planet Triskelion. She was responsible for training the new thralls.
In 2267 she was chosen to train Ensign Chekov when he and his crewmates were kidnapped from the starship Enterprise by the Providers. Tamoon found the Ensign romantically appealing.
Following the defeat of the Providers, she stayed on Triskelion to learn a new way of life. (TOS: "The Gamesters of Triskelion")
