Tammy S. Lee is a set designer who worked on Star Trek Into Darkness. As part of the art department, she received an ADG Excellence in Production Design Award nomination in the category Fantasy Film in 2014 which he shared with Scott Chambliss, Ramsey Avery, James Clyne, Lauren Polizzi, Kasra Farahani, Michael E. Goldman, Harry E. Otto, Andrew E.W. Murdock, Jason Baldwin Stewart, Natasha Gerasimova, Steve Christensen, Andrea Dopaso, John Eaves, Nathan Schroeder, Ryan Church, Christopher Ross, Victor Martinez, Steven Messing, Anne Porter, John Chichester, Tex Kadonaga, Kevin Cross, Andrew Reeder, Jane Wuu, Richard F. Mays, Allen Coulter, Karl Martin, Scott Schneider, Lorrie Campbell, Easton Smith, Karl Strahlendorf, Tim Croshaw, Clint Schultz, and Karen Manthey.

Lee previously received two ADG Excellence in Production Design Awards in 2009 in the category Period Film for her work on the fantasy drama The Curious Case of Benjamin Button which she shared with Christopher Ross, Jane Wuu, Lorrie Campbell, Aaron Haye, Randall D. Wilkins, and Richard Bennett and in 2010 in the category Fantasy Film for her work on the science fiction film Avatar, shared with Robert Stromberg, Ryan Church, Todd Cherniawsky, James Clyne, Tex Kadonaga, Victor Martinez, Steven Messing, Andrew Reeder, Karl J. Martin, Richard F. Mays, Gregory Jein, Daphne Yap, Joseph Hiura, Paul Ozzimo, and Scott Herbertson.

She earned two more ADG Excellence in Production Design Award nominations in the category Fantasy Film in 2011 for her work on Alice in Wonderland, shared with Robert Stromberg, Todd Cherniawsky, Kasra Farahani, Scott Herbertson, Richard F. Mays, C. Scott Baker, Jeff Markwith, Anne Porter, Jim Martin, Steven Messing, Daphne Yap, Jason Mahakian, Jeff Frost, and Gregory Jein and in 2016 for Jurassic World, shared with Randall D. Wilkins, Lorrie Campbell, Jason Mahakian, and Blake Fabian.

Lee has started as art department assistant on The Notorious Betty Page (2005) and Zodiac (2007). Her work as set designer include Blades of Glory (2007), the comedy Yes Man (2008), Terminator Salvation (2009), The Back-up Plan (2010), Bunraku (2010), Due Date (2010), J.J. Abrams' Super 8 (2011), Battleship (2012), The Avengers (2012), the crime drama The Gangster Squad (2013), Man of Steel (2013), White House Down (2013), 300: Rise of an Empire (2014), The Cloverfield Paradox (2018), Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), Captain Marvel (2019), and Space Jam 2 (2021).

In addition, Lee worked as assistant art director on Divergent (2014), the drama Jersey Boys (2014), Independence Day: Resurgence (2016), {{wt|Top Gun: Maverick (2020).
