Is this supposed to be the Z boson that is a carrier of the weak interaction in the Standard Model, or an entirely fictional particle? – The preceding unsigned comment was added by 188.8.131.52 (talk).
Yes this is the Z Weak Force as found in the standard Model, it's canon use in the trekiverse is altogether not real as is the norm for missuse of a real item or real name commonly found in the trekiverse.
I would put a cross reference to the real particle(force) to Wikipedia to prevent confusion. I cant seem to edit the page dispite tha fact I'm logged in. the new editor interface seems to be having trouble. DarrenHensley 21:39, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
I got the editor to work, Added the word "Real" in front of "subatomic" and also added the external link...Darren Hensley 22:28, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
- Is there a scientific reason you added "real"? As the article is in-universe, it is assumed to be "real" within that context.--31dot 22:44, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
