Should this article be incorporated into Vulcan uniform as the 23rd century casual counterpart of T'Pol's Desert attire? -- StAkAr Karnak 00:28, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

No. This seems to be civilian attire, not a military uniform, therefore it does not belong in an article about uniforms. -- OuroborosCobra talk 00:34, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Key words: "Seems to be". -- Alan del Beccio 00:36, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Prove that it is a military uniform. He was not on Vulcan posing as a military officer. -- OuroborosCobra talk 00:38, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
That's not what StAkAr Karnak is saying at all..."Vulcan uniform as the 23rd century casual counterpart of T'Pol's Desert attire." This discussion is about uniforms in general, nowhere does it say that Vulcan uniform needs to be completely about military uniforms. -- Alan del Beccio 00:56, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Then perhaps we should change the name of the article to "Vulcan attire". Not all clothing counts as a uniform, and I don't think this does. -- OuroborosCobra talk 01:30, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
I would add that what T'Pol was wearing had rank insignia on it, that makes it a uniform. This cannot be a counterpart to it, it does not have rank insignia. -- OuroborosCobra talk 01:33, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
I agree. This is not a uniform, perhaps we need an article about fashion? Jaf 01:45, 2 December 2006 (UTC)Jaf

Considering how big a part of Star Trek costuming is, I'd agree. -- StAkAr Karnak 23:59, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
