Are you sure this ship is 11km in length, on Ex Astris Scientia Fleet charts, it measures as 9.8km.. i know its not a biggie but accuracy is best. --User:188.8.131.52
- Neither is mentioned in the script, so they must be estimated based on comparison. Jaz talk 05:37, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
- From where does the information come, that the majority of the Voth civilisation is housed in the city ship? Even if it is 11km in length, it will hardly be able to carry more then a few million (which I doubt if you take the large internal chamber into account) - not quite a lot for a civilisation which left Earth some several million years ago and is a warp civilisation for at least 1,000 years (or better said, knew about the concept of transwarp for at least 1,000 years prior to the first use...). Additionally, a penal colony was mentioned in the episode, thus indicating some sort of colonisation, plus that the Voth would have ruled their space (in the Delta quadrant) for quite a while. The latter would be senseless, if the majority of their civilisation is living on a single ship which can via transwarp freely travel thousands of light years in short amounts of time. --User:184.108.40.206
- What does the age of their civilization have to do with their population size? One could just as easily posit that advanced civilizations are more likely to have *small* populations, because they see the value of keeping population sizes at a sustainable level, not in constant growth like more primitive species. --220.127.116.11 11:14, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
Does this ship have any weapons, shields etc etc? Also an estimate on how long it would take to build? --User:18.104.22.168
