Why is "The Sword of Kahless" included here? I thought the Mekong was destroyed in Season 3? Rebelstrike2005 00:00, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)

According to the script:
  • SISKO: "I suppose you'll want a runabout?"
  • WORF: "The Mekong's available..."
  • SISKO: "Try to bring it back in one piece."
I suppose someone might actually have to watch the episode to confirm this. --Gvsualan 00:15, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)

So the Mekong wasn't destroyed at the Omarion Nebula? Rebelstrike2005 00:25, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)

I suppose someone might actually have to watch the episode to confirm this. (As in: the script has been known to vary from the final airing...its quite possible it was changed to another name other than Mekong...but seeing, in this case, is believing -- rather than following the script. --Gvsualan 00:28, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)
The name was changed to Rio Grande, IIRC. -- SmokeDetector47 01:55, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)

I checked the script and there is no mention of the runabout actually being destroyed. It seems Starfleet got tired of replacing runabouts and sent some one to retrieve this one Rebelstrike2005 00:32, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)

It gives me an excuse to buy the DS9 season 3 DVD. Woo! We really know our Trek don't we Gvsualan? Nice talking to you Rebelstrike2005 00:34, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)

Actually, DS9 Season 4 -- if you are referring to the season "The Sword of Kahless" is part of. --Gvsualan 01:06, 11 Mar 2005 (GMT)
The ship mentioned in the actual episode was definately the Rio Grande. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk).
