I originally had "ambassador", "captain", and "premier" capitalized when referring to specific individuals. I thought this correct from what Wiktionary had to say about prime minister. Doesn't this principle apply to all titles? -- Connor Cabal 20:02, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

It applies to titles, yes, but only when they're used as titles, i.e. "Ambassador Sarak" or "Captain Kirk", but not in "Sarak was ambassador..." or "the captain ordered..." -- Renegade54 07:10, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
