Nash Bridges Edit

Why was the backstory related to Angel of Mercy edited out? It fleshed out Walter's character's entire life and was Walter's finest hour on the show.--Jared Paul Baratta 01:54, June 29, 2011 (UTC)

And if someone wants to learn about it, they can look up the Nash Bridges wiki or whatever site has information about that. We're not here to provide extensive details on the plot of other shows. I'll add that you were very close to crossing the line of excessive episode titles; an issue we have had with you in the past.--31dot 01:58, June 29, 2011 (UTC)

I put back the backstory because it was essential to the plot and to Angel's development as a character. This was a role that began as a joke but led to being substantive. I believe Trek and Walter's own fans will want to read this. So leave it please.--Jared Paul Baratta 01:09, June 30, 2011 (UTC)

I'm not going to edit war, but I firmly believe such a passage is not appropriate. We should certainly mention if an actor has a particularly notable non-Star Trek role, (which is why I left it being in its own section, in order to indicate such) but we do not need to describe the evolution of a non-Star Trek character in detail. That's the job of Wikipedia or a Nash Bridges wiki or whatever.--31dot 01:46, June 30, 2011 (UTC)
