Tony! Toni! Toné!Edit

Right I am officially confused. Both here and here both Tony Dows are listed as having directed for DS9. It's more likely to be the American one, but I thought it was the British one. Has the IMDb goofed? Or is it me?Tough Little Ship 14:52, 10 Sep 2005 (UTC)

IMDb goofed. The first one is a regular director, while the second was Wally in Leave it to Beaver. I can't picture him directing DS9. Also, the first lists the episode title and everything. Probably, someone saw the episode & Tony Dow's name and added it to the more famous one. If you look at it, there are a lot of duplicate credits like that. I'll go and correct IMDb, but it takes a lot longer than it does here. -Platypus Man | Talk 15:07, 10 Sep 2005 (UTC)

I was about to add more, but I don't know what credits are right and which aren't. Tough Little Ship 15:21, 10 Sep 2005 (UTC)

It seems a bit strange for a guy who directed Only Fools... to also have directed DS9. Valley Forge 12:43, 15 Sep 2005 (UTC)
It seems to be the same guy. -- Rebel Strike 15:16, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
The text commentary from the episode (TOS: "Tomorrow is Yesterday") on the Time Travel box set says that it is the Tony Dow from Leave it to Beaver. --MJRivera 01:39, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
According to the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, this is indeed the Tony Dow of Leave It to Beaver fame. --From Andoria with Love 05:14, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
