My edit for Curtis appearing in the cage comes from imbd. — Yarnek 01:27, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
- IMDb is not necessarily correct in any way. A lot of it's listings are just plain wrong. So a different citation is preferable. Though it's still possible the listing is right...just further proof is preferable... :) — Morder (talk) 01:30, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
Sorry, I'll put it on the page as a possibility — Yarnek 01:36, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
- No need to apologize at all. :) We're all here to make this site complete. You've added information that is probably true - we just want to verify it. (This will, at least, possibly get some of the other Actor centric users on this site to do a bit of research...but we'll see) — Morder (talk) 01:43, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
Years later... Edit
The following background note has been on the page (in one way or another) for at least four years:
- Curtis may have also voiced the character of Jon Daily, as well as a voice in "The Cage" and "The Menagerie, Part I" but these have not been confirmed.
If this is still not confirmed, I think it doesn't belong. -- Cid Highwind 23:41, November 25, 2010 (UTC)
The picture on this page is not of Tom Curtis. Curtis in fact plays "Mike" at the bar in "Court-Martial", not the character named as 'Corrigan' and is most definitely the voice of Starbase Operations in "The Menagerie: Part One" and John Daley in "The Conscience of the King. " He is seen on-screen and has dialogue AND is credited in the 1968 "Mission: Impossible" episode "The Emerald" as 'Poker Player.' His face and voice match his on-screen appearance and voice-overs in 'Star Trek.' No verification of any role in "The Cage."
