Is there any info on what the Tholians do with captured ships and their personnel? If anything, I only found that when they finnish the web, they use it as bait to observe any response, or they tow them back to port where they might use the crew for whatever their choosing. My guess, would be either use them as collateral, or force them into slavery. Does anyone have any specifics on this? --220.127.116.11 05:17, June 2, 2014 (UTC)
- I don't think much information was given on that subject, though you might want to read the Tholians article, which your question is more pertinent to. 31dot (talk) 10:40, June 2, 2014 (UTC)
Rename suggestion Edit
The scripted description I've quoted in this page's bginfo section clearly makes a point of describing this as something other than a starship. Also, I've noticed that production concept art (in The Art of Star Trek) termed this type of vessel a "Tholian ship". -- Defiant (talk) 06:30, November 18, 2016 (UTC)
- As you should know, you've been an admin before, there is the choice to choose the line "author's request" in the rollbar when deleting an article. You've requested immediate deletion for "Tholian ship (23rd century)" after you've removed the content. I understand that you withdraw from your request but maybe it was not that clear reviewing your comment above. Anyway, you made your point clear and re-added the rename tag. Done. To clarify, I requested immediate deletion because I accidentally, while half asleep, posted a comment on that page, instead of here. My suggestion of moving this article there still remains. And tbh, your patronizing comment about having been an admin just stinks! --Defiant (talk) 12:02, November 18, 2016 (UTC)
