I recognize the building in that image of Starfleet Medical from Voyager's episode "Endgame." It is part of the Kaiser Permenente complex in Baldwin Park, CA.
Here is a link to the architects' homepage for this building, HMC Architects:
I believe that the specific corner of the building used in Voyager can be seen in photo 5 at the link above, it is a different angle from what's seen in the episode. Because I am not sure how or if to include this piece of trivia in the wiki, I'm just commenting here so that a veteran editor might be able to make a decision on this.

- Having just seen this post, could this information be incorporated into the background section of the article? It certainly appears to be the same building, however without a valid production source I'm a bit hesitant to include any mention of it. --| TrekFan Open a channel 04:13, January 29, 2014 (UTC)
- Looking at the picture it does seem to be the same building(or a portion of it at least) and given it is in California it certainly could have been used to represent Starfleet Medical by the production. We could cite a statement with the link above, something like "The Starfleet Medical building in "Endgame" appears the same as part of the Kaiser Permenente complex in Baldwin Park, California"- though like you I'm hesitant to do so. 31dot (talk) 11:30, January 29, 2014 (UTC)
I can confirm that it is Kaiser Permanente, Baldwin Park as I live just a mile away and go there often since it's opening. The first floor seen on the image just beneath the Starfleet Medical Center sign is the dermatology department that I used to go to. The hospital was also used as a fictional headquarters for the TBS Network on a few of their older commercials. Search Google images for "TBS Headquarters" to confirm the similarities. It was also used in the first Starship Troopers movie, for the high school prom scene. 22.214.171.124 06:29, June 2, 2015 (UTC)mjmasicat
