End the provisional list Edit

I'm thinking the provisional list in its majority needs to go. Really it's duplicating the function of the list of actual releases.

In its place I say we have a list of ships that have been more or less confirmed, but we have no idea when they'll be coming out. Overall it makes the page shorter and clearer. --Darth Windu (talk) 06:05, May 10, 2014 (UTC)

Hey DW! Wassup, dog? I think the provisional list is quite useful for a lot of collectors, it's constantly being referred to/referenced on their FB page, sometimes linked to by EM itself. I think it can go once the line's finished. We can reduce it to a brief note listing ships that didn't make the cut. But in the meantime, it's cool to see what they provisionally planned, in its original form. Darth Duranium (talk) 06:13, May 10, 2014 (UTC)
Hey DD. :) Well as I said to me the provisional list, whilst very useful before the collection started, isn't so much any more. Useful now for historical value perhaps, but then wouldn't the actual list be more useful? Just seems like an unnecessary duplication of facts to me, that separating it into two lists - 'actual' and 'planned' - would be a more useful split. --Darth Windu (talk) 06:37, May 10, 2014 (UTC)
I do see what you're saying dude, but with only half of the provisional list confirmed so far, I think it's too early to delete it. Peeps still refer to it all the time. Anyhoo, that's my take on it. Peace out. :)Darth Duranium (talk) 07:04, May 10, 2014 (UTC)

Are the US Issuances the Same as the UK Issuances? Edit

I am curious if the list of ships here (and nice job done there!) is also the same for US issuances? Thanks. FenGiddel (talk) 15:49, November 23, 2016 (UTC)FenGiddel

Cheers! Yes, the regular issues are the same but they arrive in the US approx. 6 weeks later. The other issues/ships/plaques/shuttles are also identical but they arrive less predictably. Darth Duranium (talk) 16:11, November 23, 2016 (UTC)

What is the source for the release schedule? Edit

I can't find a release schedule that includes the T'Plana Hath anywhere other than Memory Alpha. --NetSpiker (talk) 00:54, January 8, 2017 (UTC)

Ben's been asked about it on Twitter a few times and he confirmed that they're definitely doing it. Sorry, can't find the tweets but it was also #36 on the 2012 Provisional List and is listed as confirmed at the Trek Collective, too.[1] Ben was also interviewed at the DST Birmingham con in late 2016 (list of questions that fans put together on the FB page) and he reconfirmed it. CGI for STLV announcementsEdit

TrekCore's coverage article includes preview CGI images of the newly announced main-live ships: Kind regards, -- Markonian 09:33, August 6, 2017 (UTC)

Cheers mate, saw it, a treasure trove for info. I'm asking around for similar images but the ones in the article belong to Trekcore so I don't think we can use them without permission. Darth Duranium (talk) 10:04, August 6, 2017 (UTC)

Additional possible ships on list Edit

Hi T. Smitts (of Vancouver?). I've seen that post (or similar) to Ben many times over the years (including recently) and I sure admire your tenacity. I checked out those cites and I checked with some mods on the FB page, in case somebody could support your assertion (they couldn't). Honestly, I want all of those ships (almost) as much as you but Ben saying that he'll do "at least 3" out of your list of 7 or 8 is quite unspecific: we still don't know which ones he's interested in doing, it's just too vague. At least half of the ships will be incorrect, obviously. The Nov. survey list is different because he supplied the ship types to choose from, not us. I'm going to revert the page but I offer a suggestion/peace pipe: just chill until the next update from Mister Cryptic (Ben) in a few days and we should know more. Hopefully, it'll be a moot point. Since an ultimate total of 130 issues has been confirmed, the section of this page called "Confirmed upcoming issues" should probably be archived. --Defiant (talk) 20:32, January 25, 2018 (UTC)
No, 160 issues have been confirmed. --Jörg (talk) 21:11, January 25, 2018 (UTC)
Good to know they've increased their final count. Thanks. :) --Defiant (talk) 10:47, January 29, 2018 (UTC) article Edit

Just came across this article on which reveals the Phase II Enterprise and original Ambassador-class Enterprise models. I don't have time to read through our article and see if any of it can be used but thought I'd share in case somebody out there does and wishes to use it in some way. --| TrekFan Open a channel 07:06, February 8, 2018 (UTC)
