Mirror-cochrane's shotgun Edit

I know this is the kind of thing that probably won't go anywhere, but in IAMD, Cochrane's shotgun is seen mounted on the wall of the captain's quarters of Enterprise, in one of the the first scenes after Archer takes over. Wouldn't that mean that it belonged to Forrest, and Archer merely "inherited" it? -- Capricorn 03:55, November 1, 2010 (UTC)

I don't recall seeing anything that indicated Forrest used the room before, or that Archer didn't bring the gun into the room. Not sure though. --31dot 08:45, November 1, 2010 (UTC)
I've reworded the section to remove any statements on who owned it, since for all we know Hoshi owned it and just kept it in that room. - Archduk3 16:55, November 1, 2010 (UTC)

I agree with your how you've handled this, but in the meantime I've researched this, and for completeness sake here are my findings : Forrest was shown occupying those quarters in an earlier scene, so it's pretty certain that those were his. But also in the audio commentary episode Mike Sussman himself admits that he's not sure if the weapons belonged to Forrest, or if Archer had already redecorated. -- Capricorn 17:57, November 8, 2010 (UTC)

The audio commentary could be noted in the article as Background.--31dot 17:58, November 8, 2010 (UTC)

Re Zefram Cochrane's shotgun article Edit

Do we need a page like this? If the weapon had a specific name, I could see something like this, but I don't think that's the case here. Does that mean we need "Picard's phaser rifle", "Soran's disruptor", etc. etc. ?--31dot 20:31, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

Same user as all of the other orphaned random articles. -- sulfur 20:35, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

Per my above reasoning, I suggest merging this with shotgun.--31dot 20:41, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

Merge with shotgun. -Angry Future Romulan 20:54, March 31, 2011 (UTC)
Obviously, this should be merged with shotgun. --| TrekFan Open a channel 00:11, April 1, 2011 (UTC)
