How did Quark know about the prophecies? Edit
What motivated Quark to get Vedek Bareil to the station? I mean, I know the answer is "So Kira would be distracted while Quark's cousin perpetrated a ripoff" but why would Quark have any idea that such a thing was likely? Is he a mindreader? Did the Orbs show him, too, the steamy vision of get'n'iton? 220.127.116.11 03:09, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, Quark was in Bareil's orb vision (you can see him standing right behind Kira) and that's how Quark knew that Bareil and Kira were bound to get it on. 18.104.22.168 16:22, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
Colysus and the Transporter Edit
There's a very odd series of events in scene 1. Odo and Dax attempt to prove their benign intentions to Colysus by demonstrating to him the runabout transporter. He reacts with astonishment, jumping up and looking around for Odo. Shortly afterwards, however, when Colysus talks of the disappearance of the colonists, Odo asks him if he had scanned for transporter activity, and he replies that he did, but found none.
So if he knew to scan for transporter activity, why was he so surprised when Odo beamed out? Vivienne marcus 13:33, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
- I don't know but I came here to ask the very same thing because holy cow is that a gigantic headdesking moment. Too bad M-A doesn't include goofs or continuity errors. 22.214.171.124 03:44, September 3, 2011 (UTC)
Chief O'Brien's Rank Edit
On Deep Space Nine, Chief O'Brien would be referred to as Chief regardless of his rank or commissioned status, because he is Deep Space Nine's Chief of Operations.126.96.36.199 10:04, January 3, 2010 (UTC)
