A google search found 26 references of "scapular-node", all of which in pretty high-level biological papers (except the like to MA). So they must exist in real life, but does anyone know what they are? I couldn't made sense of the links; sounds like it's a part of the scapula, or shoulder bone? -Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa 22:17, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- The seem to be part of the lymphatic system. Search for "Prescapular lymph node" and you will find many results. --Jörg 22:22, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, I found a reference of prescapular lymph node being in front of the shoulder region. I've updated the background info. -Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa 15:15, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
