Kirk's rockEdit

Isn't it actually either a stalagmite or a stalactite? --LauraCC (talk) 21:24, December 9, 2016 (UTC)

A broken of stalagmite or a stalactite would still be an example of a rock, wouldn't it? -- Capricorn (talk) 08:43, December 10, 2016 (UTC)

Yes, but it's a specific type of rock formation, such as volcano or crystal might be. --LauraCC (talk) 18:41, December 11, 2016 (UTC)

Ok, I guess this is the point where you might want to clarify what exactly your problem with the page and/or image is -- Capricorn (talk) 18:50, December 11, 2016 (UTC)

Wondering if a split is in order...--LauraCC (talk) 18:51, December 11, 2016 (UTC)

A split I don't think so. It's just a picture, and it is perfectly suitable for illustrating this particular article. Though of course if you want to create a different article on the subject of either a stalagmite or a stalactite, then feel free to do the research and if you come up with something do so. -- Capricorn (talk) 20:58, December 11, 2016 (UTC)
