Where was the name "Repto-Humanoid" first mentioned? --The Rev 17:47, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

The name for this species is not from the dialogue of the episode (maybe it's from the script?). The dialogue were this nomenclature may have stemmed from is most likely this:
PARIS: "This creature's going to have the ability to stand upright. It has the skeletal system of a humanoid. It's cold-blooded, has reptilian epidermis. Its brain is significantly larger than most reptilian species. I'd say we're dealing with a sentient life form here, Neelix." --Jörg 20:16, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
I'm not sure that justifies making a contraction out of the two key words mentioned there: "reptilian"-"humanoid". I don't even think "Repto" is a proper root anyway. --Alan 20:48, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Past or Present TenseEdit

So, we're back to the past or present tense discussion here, and from the POV discussion, it's still not been decided (obviously), as half the people seem to think that this should be an encyclopedia and discussing things in the past tense, and the other half seem to disagree. So, which is it, and let's sort this out now before we have half of MA correcting articles and the other half correcting them... in a different way. Direct responses to that thread though, please... -- Sulfur 18:11, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
