Canon? Edit

I dont't know if the Rasiinians are canon enough to merit their own page. If this shouldn't be enough, I will move the page to the Unnamed aliens section. What do you think? --Jörg 17:25, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)

I say we could keep it if we remove the link to the other website and expand the explaination for the source of the name to the background information. I believe I have the edition of Star Trek: Communicator around somewhere that mentions the origins, the contest and the winning sketch that I can add. --Alan del Beccio 17:43, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)
I think this article is a prime example for our database: It lists the canon data, expands it in the background section and gives an external link to a page that focuses the topic even more. Also the article name is fine with me, though the designer is not a professional it was his alien and design, so he may name it. -- Kobi - (Talk) 18:56, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Looks great now! The winning sketch would certainly be a cool addition. --Jörg 21:49, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Actually, I noticed the sketch on the external website, but I think it would be much more original if a member of this site actually contributed the image from their original sources...which I am attempting to do, as soon as my cranky scanner decides to scan the blurb from my ~10 year old issue of Communicator. Actually, going along with what Kobi said, perhaps we should expand it a bit and include a page on the DS9 character and create Runepp as well. --Alan del Beccio 23:20, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)
