Not sure to find the merge template, but wouldn't it make sense to merge this article with clock? -- StAkAr Karnak 04:13, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
I'm neutral about that suggestion at the moment - could be merged (redirect should stay in that case!), but could also be kept separate, because it is a specific type of clock that was used more than once. For the moment, I changed the strange "timepiece" link to "clock", though, so that the articles are at least connected. -- Cid Highwind 12:43, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
Merge. I mean, yeah, it IS its own specific type of clock, but its also quite short, and should be its own section, instead of its own page. --Six of SixTalkΩ 12:48, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
On a side note, they are already making references to pocket watches in the clocks article. the merge makes sense. --Six of SixTalkΩ 12:50, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
Nay I say. A clock is a form of timepiece that is stationary; a pocket watch is carried around. Theyir purpose/design may be the same, but their uses are different, so no real need to merge them. --From Andoria with Love 03:22, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Nay. A pocket watch is different than a wrist watch is different than a clock. If we merge this, then we better get on to merging phaser rifle, hand phaser, phaser array, etc. into one article. After all, they are all phasers, right? --OuroborosCobratalk 03:42, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
