I see what you are saying, it is not a disease but B'Elanna got the blood fever and she suffered horribly, even though she isnt vulcan, and there was a clear chemical imbalance that could have lead to her death. It has clinical manifestations that can have dire consequences if not medically treated. – Distantlycharmed 21:53, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't see why both categories can't be in the article. It is a part of their reproduction but (aside from being harmful to non-Vulcans) risks their death if they are unable to purge the fever.--31dot 22:39, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
