Think Tank cureEdit

I don't know if we can take the Think Tank's word on curing the Phage, as they may have been lying. --

I don't think there's any reason to doubt that the Think Tank was telling the truth. After all, they do solve problems for a price, and certainly the Vidiians would be willing to pay anything. -- EtaPiscium 02:31, 12 Jan 2005 (CET)
Does anyone know what the Vidiians gave in exchange for the cure for the Phage?--Scimitar 18:42, 10 Apr 2005 (EDT)
It was never revealed. -- Krevaner 19:01, 10 Apr 2005 (EDT)
I think an interesting question would be to consider whether or not, given the Think Tank's penchant for creating problems for people that can then be solved for a price, it was in fact the Think Tank itself which created the Phage and infected the Vidiians with it. I realize this possibility isn't discussed or even intimated at all in canon, and thus doesn't really belong on the article page, but nevertheless I think it's quality food for thought. -- NthRepublic 00:31, June 25, 2011 (UTC)
Interesting - would be rather Dominion-ish of them. But the Phage is supposed to have been around for 2500 years, right? Is it ever revealed whether the Think Tank that old? Jimw338 (talk) 03:41, February 6, 2016 (UTC)
Well, Bevvox probably was. There might have been other humanoid members before Kurros and Fennim. Scout1534 (talk) 04:27, March 1, 2016 (UTC)

Reproduction Affected/ Infected by Phage ? Edit

If the Phage destroys their genetic material & their organs, then how are the Vidiians able to reproduce ? 12:21, April 24, 2012 (UTC)

Presumably they, or at least some of them, are able to before they either get infected or die from it, though such speculation is outside the purview of article talk pages, which are meant to discuss changing the article only. 31dot 12:53, April 24, 2012 (UTC)
