Pattern buffers used in 'Counterpoint'? Edit

From article:

"A matter stream cannot be stored indefinitely in the buffer; after 420 seconds, the stored pattern will degrade and the object will be lost. The only known record of a person surviving in a buffer longer than the expected figure was Captain Montgomery Scott..."

I'm pretty sure the telepaths from 'Counterpoint' were in transporter stasis/the pattern buffer for longer than 420 seconds. Should this be added to the article or was it a different technology? --AnonyQ 10:27, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

I think they were held in the primary energizing coils not the buffer. i'm not sure. --Pseudohuman 13:22, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
