- Given that Patricia Miller was a stylist who worked on the last three seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation and the first two seasons of Star Trek: Voyager, the character is likely named for her and therefore I would suggest is likely meant to be the same person. That said, this is speculation and from an in-universe perspective the two names were mentioned three years apart on different ships in a vast organisation of people that Alan rightly points out could have the same names.
