Talk: Ozone layer

Bit puzzled by reference to our planet’s ozone layer. Granted we’ve pretty well ruined it but what’s that got to do with Trek? If its condition were mentioned in canon, citation please--Archer4real 16:51, March 21, 2012 (UTC)
