None ever named? Edit

No Nakan were ever named in canon productions. Umm... *cough* Saavdra *cough*. Especially when this goes here. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk).

Species or group? Edit

After looking through the transcript of the episode, it somewhat seems to me that Nakan was the term for the group of settlers, but not the species itself. The soldiers say sentences like "That was before the Nakan started shooting" or "The Nakan are unarmed". I can't really imagine a Human soldier saying "The Humans in the colony started shooting" or "We were rounding up the Humans". Kennelly (talk) 22:18, March 25, 2017 (UTC)

I agree. This bit of text is particularly interesting (emphasis mine):
They were called the Nakan. [...]They, they lived in a remote colony. We were trying to evacuate them.
I think we need to have a page on an unnamed species, and a seperate one of the contingent of that species called the Nakan. -- Capricorn (talk) 16:45, March 27, 2017 (UTC)
