When Commodore Stone is deciding which maintenance section to reschedule, he takes a look at the chart. His head is pivoted at an upward angle, and he is looking at the upper lines. He then tells a member on his staff to reschedule Maintenance Section 18, which was working on the Intrepid, to work on the Enterprise instead. Here is the relevant picture, [1]. Here are the lines:

I am in favor of merging. And, if I may be bold, I would argue for changing the page for the USS Intrepid (NCC-1631) to USS Intrepid (NCC-1831) as the registry on the chart is readable, while the registry on the model is not.Throwback (talk) 19:16, November 6, 2012 (UTC)

As I see nothing about the Intrepid in your description of the chart, I see no reason why this should be merged anywhere or the Intrepid page moved to a new location. -- sulfur (talk) 19:45, November 6, 2012 (UTC)
I like to think sometimes that I make connections that I think are obvious to other people. I am not as literal minded as you, sulfur. I am adaptable. I observe how people behave. But when I communicate with someone who I feel isn't adaptable - who wants things spelled out - if the name is not on the chart, then there is no connection. In those situations, I feel like I have run into a wall. I hate running into walls. It hurts. It hurts real bad. When you run into a wall, you are disoriented. You don't want to do it again. It gives me a bad headache. I feel closed in, claustrophobic. When I am in this situation, I want out. I have deleted the merge proposal. Throwback (talk) 22:02, November 6, 2012 (UTC)
