When Picard enters the Mintakan house, there's only three women present. Nuria, who is with him, Oji and Troi in Mintakan disguise. No additional female that "knelt down and gave reverence as if he was a god", so where are those bits and the info that she was played by Nikita Ager from? More imdb rubbish? There's nothing about the appearance on her personal homepage.
- All I did was move the "list" from the species page. Although I doubt you'll get a response, if you want answers you're gonna have to take that up with our resident mute (possibly ignorant) IP super contributor who originally wrote it. --Alan del Beccio 22:08, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
Well, I guess I'll put this page on my sonar then for a week or so and if no one can find anything substantial, this page will be up for deletion. If we don't have an unnamed Mintakan, I guess we won't need this page. --Jörg 22:19, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
- In terms of "unnamed Mintakans", I agree, otherwise, as a "list of", it might still prove a useful as say Bolians. --Alan del Beccio 22:47, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
- I removed the info on the female Mintakan woshipper. As Jörg discovered, there was no other female Mintakan worshipper on her knees and the actress who was supposed to have played her, Nikita Ager, had not yet begun acting and the appearance is not even listed on her site. This is another case of misinformation from IMDb. --From Andoria with Love 18:53, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
- Quago was referenced in the episode, not the script. --Alan 07:44, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
Anybody else find it odd that, as much as the Mintakans are described as paralleling Vulcan development, at the corresponding point in Vulcan history they were a bunch of bloodthirsty killers who were on the verge of wiping each other out? I mean, they didn't develop their logic until at least the development of atomic weapons. I was trying to think of a way to put that in the article, but couldn't figure out a way to do it without it being a nitpick. Just food for thought, I guess, in case anybody can think of a better way. -Angry Future Romulan 19:19, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
