Kutluch, 2373

Isn't this a Mevak blade?-- Jezebel1669 04:21, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

It's the same prop, as said on the Mevak page. --31dot 14:44, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

So could it be that the two names are just different terms for the same weapon, such as with daggers, knives and shivs, and that the two pages should be merged into one?--Jezebel1669 16:30, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

Or it could have been a misidentified. --Alan 19:27, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
Actually, in "Sons of Mogh", it was identified as a "mevak dagger". In "Real Life", it was called "dagger of kut'luch". I don't see yet that in canon it's called either a "kut'luch" or a "mevak" - "kut'luch" is a name of a ceremony that the dagger is used in, and "mevak" also seems to be an adjective related to the Mauk-to'Vor ceremony. At any rate, it seems the proper name is "mevak dagger" and the kut'luch article should be about a ceremony, not a knife. --TribbleFurSuit 17:50, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
Only that in the first mention of the word "kut'luch" in "Sins of The Father" it was clearly identified as the name of an assassin's weapon, not of a ceremony. The dagger in that episode looked different, but it's clearly a weapon, not a ceremony in that episode. --Jörg 05:52, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
