Alien OrganEdit

I seem to recall one of the doctors proclaiming that Riker had no ______ organ at all. Weenal is the sound that comes to mind, but that's far too silly. I also remember some kind of reference to the same type of organ in Enterprise, but my memory fails me further than that. Can anyone help me?

XtremeGoose is partly right, and the OP just misremembered the scene. This is one of many places where the script doesn't match the dialogue for some reason. At 27min when the hospital staff beat up Riker, a nurse says "Oh! They've aggravated the injury to his renal organ." The captions say "Oh! They've aggravated the injury to his telencephalon." -- 02:58, September 24, 2012 (UTC)

From the way in which picard says 'we' will not be back in 'your lifetime' can we assume that their lifespans are significantly shorter than humans? We know however that 9 years old is still childhood years (whether in earth years or not is unknown) XtremeGoose

DO we have a number of years for how long before they would be back? --OuroborosCobra talk 03:42, June 18, 2010 (UTC)

Fathers? Plural?Edit

I seem to hear Riker say that his 'fathers' plural had the same problems he had when giving his excuses to the hospital doctors. This may seem to indicate that in Malcorian families there are multiple fathers. Or perhaps they refer to grandfathers as their fathers. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk).

The script says the line is "My father's were the same way", indicating "fathers" is possessive, not plural. 31dot (talk) 15:45, September 4, 2012 (UTC)
