This site has improved greatly over the past two years and we are well beyond the days of "some people have said". There is no canon evidence that March was Felinni and from a military standpoint, it makes perfect sense that the overall duty commander would have had his name on the chalkboard by the duty security chief's door (this is explained at Talk:Fellini). -FC 05:04, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
