I propose to change this article's name to "Lifesigns (comic)" in order to create a "Life signs" disambiguation page. Currently, the links to "life signs" could go to this page, to VOY: "Lifesigns", to Life Signs: The Biology of Star Trek or to Life signs. I think the last article should be renamed "Life sign" as it is for the singular instance that is scanned for.--Obey the Fist!! 20:12, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
- "Life signs" != "lifesigns". There's a space. So, a disambig isn't quite suited there. In a situation like this, a disambig would be better suited at "lifesign (disambig)" with a redirect from "life sign" (maybe). I also am not convinced that "life signs" should be a singular, since Trek always scanned for "life signs", and described them as a "collection of signals". -- sulfur 20:22, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
Hmmm...but what if they find just one life sign? And really you can scan for life signs but find only one. I don't want to make this too difficult so if you think that it isn't worth it, then I will drop the argument.--Obey the Fist!! 20:30, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
- A disambig for life signs should be at Lifesigns (disambiguation) or Life signs (disambiguation), since episodes come last on the order of importance. As for a single life sign, it has happened. Much like searching for a tree, from orbit you would scan for the forests first. - Archduk3 20:35, March 24, 2010 (UTC)
