Named after Edit

Wonder if the choice of name has anything to do with the Final Fantasy character. 08:39, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

I suppose it's possible, but we would need some kind of proof before putting it in the article, such as a note in a reference book or a statement from a production crew member.--31dot 10:46, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
Wouldn't suprise me if it was nammed after Kefka from Final Fantasy VI. They did name the Naussicans after that anime. Not to mention the various anime kits used for some ships. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk).
According to the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion (p. 88), it was actually named after Franz Kafka.–Cleanse ( talk | contribs ) 02:34, February 4, 2011 (UTC)
