- As far as I can see there are two substances, kemocite and kemacite. In "Little Green Men" Rom seems to say kemacite while Nog seems to say kemocite, although it is very difficult to hear Nog. On www.startrek.com, paramounts website you find kemocite, mentioned in ENT and kemacite, mentioned in Little Green Man. I don't have the ENT episode at hand so I don't know how they say it there. So it seems kemocite and kemacite both exist -- Q 08:08, 20 Mar 2005 (EST)
- Fortunately Odo articulates better so in "Little Green Men" they indeed speak of kemacite in stead of kemocite. The question is did the producers of ENT did not known how the substance was called originally and guessed about its name or is it really something different ? -- Q 14:38, 20 Mar 2005 (EST)
The question still remains -- are the substances mentioned in DS9: "Little Green Men" and ENT: "The Shipment" intended to be the same or seperate. For now, I wrote the article on the assumption that they are -- if that is not the case, then it needs to be split -- route56 05:17, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Direct them to the same place and bring the discrepancies up in italics. Tyrant 00:42, 22 Apr 2005 (UTC)Tyrant
Someone has created a entry for Kemacite basically duplicating this entry, pna flag included. I've put that entry on the votes for deletion page and noted it as a duplicate article to be deleted. I also make the suggested note in the main page. route56 01:12, 2 May 2005 (UTC)
