Destroyed Medicine Bundle Edit
I think the background information item "It is also not explained why Chakotay's medicine bundle was not destroyed with his shuttle." should be removed. It was almost certainly destroyed.
It is logical to assume, since Chakotay was at his station aboard the Maquis ship until the very moment he was beamed to Voyager (VOY: "Caretaker"), that he did not bring his medicine bundle or any other personal effects with him onto Voyager, and in fact had to replicate the one that was lost on the shuttlecraft in this episode.
Once he returned to Voyager, he would have replicated another medicine bundle, and completed his ceremony. See the discussion page for medicine bundle for a similar comment.
Objections, or should I just go ahead and make the edits?

Plot Holes Edit
- Chakotay's medicine bundle was with him on the shuttle, and presumably still aboard when the shuttle was destroyed. However, at the end of the episode, he has it as if nothing had happened to the shuttle. He could have had it replicated but it seems unlikely.
Removed text Edit
- How the crew replaced so many of these shuttles as the series progressed has long been questioned by fans.
Uncited assertion in a "some fans think ..." vein. Maybe they just rebuilt the shuttles; if they built two Delta Flyers from scratch, it couldn't have been that difficult to build standard shuttles as well. - Bridge 12:03, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
