Today someone added a lot of new stuff on what the Hur'q looked like. Where is this coming from? It certainly was never said on screen. Is this coming from a non-canon source? --OuroborosCobra 03:23, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

Use of the Bajoran wormhole? Edit

I was under the possibly misguided impression that the Bajoran Wormhole would have initially opened only for the Emissary of the Prophets. Does any one else share this viewpoint? JemHadar359

Don't think so, mysterious occurences in the Denorios belt have been mentioned as frequent for millennia before 2369, and while for example Kai Taluno's spotting of the wormhole might have been engeneered by the prophets, it seems hard to imagine why odo would have come trough trough anything but dumb luck. It was always there and accesible, its just very small and nearly invisible, and space is awfully big, so it wasn't noticed before '69 -- Capricorn 03:55, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
It's certainly possible that the Hur'q traveled through the wormhole, but its not the only possibility. They might have used Iconian gateways, or some other method of transportation subsequently lost. I think the note is pretty speculative, and should probably be removed. —Josiah Rowe 20:06, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
I took it out. For all we know, the Hur'q used transwarp technology, or generational ships. -Angry Future Romulan 17:53, October 4, 2010 (UTC)
