There are references to 'The Black Fleet' and 'The Agonizer'. These seems to be where Discovery took the idea of 'The Fleet of the Dead' and 'The Agonizer' from. Sparticuz (talk) 14:51, July 16, 2018 (UTC)
- The Black Fleet actually comes from the previous novel, The Final Reflection, which was the inspiration for some of Discovery's approach to the Klingons. Agonizers were used in TOS: "Mirror, Mirror" and in Klingon use in "Day of the Dove". -- Michael Warren | Talk 16:00, July 16, 2018 (UTC)
