Incomplete Edit

There are probably other things that could be added. I also was unsure as to whether it should be described as an art or a science.--31dot 11:38, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

According to Wikipedia it's a science. Also there are at least two more specific references to the term (which I don't have offhand), plus other indirect references to holotechnology and then whatever can be made from the history of holodecks and holograms. --Alan del Beccio 21:15, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

Merge Edit

Just after I've de-stubbed this article I found Holography which covers partially the same. So anyone against a merge of these two articles? Tom (talk) 18:35, October 18, 2015 (UTC)

Both terms seem to be used as a general shorthand for holographic systems/tech, so yeah, I'd say that's probably ok. -- Capricorn (talk) 07:38, October 20, 2015 (UTC)
