Historical inaccuracyEdit

It's a good job they cut that line, I've just been to the new Darwin exhibit at the Natural History Museum in London. The HMS Beagle was fitted with six cannon and Darwin himself purchsed three pistols. Lt.Lovett 19:33, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

It's all interesting to know that, but unfortunately, we cannot speculate on the reasoning behind them cutting the line in the article, unless we have some evidence to back it up. And a link to the exhibit with the historical facts does not tell us that the producers/editors/etc even knew the real history. -- sulfur 13:07, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
And there were still no muskets after all. And we don't nitpick here. --TribbleFurSuit 14:35, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
