So... what did Gillian Taylor do in the novel about Khan Singh? Action in that episode must have taken place prior to her "disappearance" in 1986. Gcapp1959 15:56, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

I would like to know that as well. Being able to "see words" is possible, by the way. I can do that also. -- AzemOcram 03:36, May 29, 2011 (UTC)

Science vessel not a spaceship? Edit

Made aware of the issue by a Trek BBS thread: The link to the "Federation science vessel" and the corresponding article refer to starships. However, it makes more sense when that "science vessel" is an oceangoing ship. Rather than sending the only humpback-whale expert in the galaxy into space, Taylor may stay on the oceans with her whales instead. -- Markonian 18:16, June 6, 2012 (UTC)

Unfortunately, it's all speculation. The Federation science vessel article only lists what information we actually know for certain about it. As does Taylor's article. It may have been the intent of the writer to be a seabound ship, but they just said... "Federation science vessel". All further mentions of those are listed in that article. -- sulfur 18:29, June 6, 2012 (UTC)

I see, that makes sense. Thansk for the fast reply! -- Markonian 19:36, June 6, 2012 (UTC)
