Cut scene[]

"An unfilmed scene of Jake and Sisko conversing on the promenade may have been cut due to the relative insignificance of the scene compared to the cost of setting up the massive promenade set."

This seems an unusual point. The promenade set was permanent during the 7 years of the show, so I doubt that had anything to do with the removal of the scene. – Bertaut 22:53, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Arne Jackson's 7 Series chairs at the FCA[]

I was amused when I noticed the chairs at the FCA (which costs 3 slips to sit in) were Danish designer Arne Jacobsen's 7 Series Chairs. Clearly the Ferengi has obtained some top notch design chairs there.

Removed from Trivia[]

Kasidy mentions that her brother lives and plays baseball on Cestus III which had previously appeared in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Arena". The fact that there are once again Human colonists living on the planet suggest that the Federation and the Gorn Hegemony finally put aside their differences in the interim between the two episodes. The baseball team he plays for is called the 'Pike City Pioneers', presumably named after the character of Christopher Pike from the original Star Trek show "The Cage".

I've removed everything but the first sentence, because the rest is speculation--retaining the rest here. Hurrah123456 (talk) 18:15, July 4, 2020 (UTC)
