Are we sure we don’t want to separate my two gullet refs? Took my cue from the fact that Wikipedia redirected here but have had unutterable misery on the same basis recently--Archer4real (talk) 10:58, November 26, 2015 (UTC)
A less heartrending question: do we need an article for gastric acid to cover Dejaran's digestive acids ref? I know we already have digestive system and acid--Archer4real (talk) 11:18, November 26, 2015 (UTC)
- But aren't gullet and esophagus the exact same thing? There's no need to split if they're not I think. On the second question, if digestive acids were mentioned, it seems to me that that means we should just have an article on digestive acid. It may not be the most correct term, but it's the one we have and "fixing" it so we call it gastric acid instead seems like a dramatic bit of editorializing. -- Capricorn (talk) 16:35, November 28, 2015 (UTC)
Yes gullet and esophagus are the same thing, and I didn't have the remotest idea about separating them until the recent misery on the subject of which I spoke. Comparatively uninterested indigestive acid for now so quite content to leave it 'in the red'. How do I adjust Dejaren's quote to accommodate the fact that he didn’t say 'food' and overcome the problem of the single brackets?--Archer4real (talk) 13:42, November 29, 2015 (UTC)
