Wikipedia redirects erythrocytes to red blood cell. Should the same apply here, thus prompting a renaming? RBC form used in "Obsession"--Archer4real (talk) 17:06, November 13, 2013 (UTC)

Well? Could redirect RBC myself but if we're following in Wikipedia's footsteps...--Archer4real (talk) 12:09, November 14, 2013 (UTC)

If this term was used, I don't see a problem with leaving it here- but if there are instances of red blood cell being mentioned, then I could understand a renaming. 31dot (talk) 12:56, November 14, 2013 (UTC)

There's at least one: "It seems attracted to red blood cells", McCoy, "Obsession". Good enough?--Archer4real (talk) 15:57, November 14, 2013 (UTC)

If it's only one instance of 'red blood cells', I would wonder if we should leave it at the scientific name; but if there are several, then we should move it. 31dot (talk) 17:14, November 14, 2013 (UTC)

I'm inclined to agree and not make a song and dance about this one - what do you mean, that makes a change? Should we consider going a little crazy and altering the Wikipedia entry, as Cid recently did with decalcification? Admittedly beyond original point but so was that edit--Archer4real (talk) 17:27, November 14, 2013 (UTC)

If you are referring to the Wikipedia link, we could change it just to cut out the middleman, but it doesn't matter to me either way. 31dot (talk) 18:05, November 14, 2013 (UTC)
