It isn't said Eldman is located on Newstate but only "New...", which could be New-Paris, New-Berlin, ... - Philoust123 13:48, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

True. I had read somewhere that it continued to say "newstate", but since no evidence made it onscreen, i'd be fine with removing this. -- Captain M.K.B. 13:52, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

The fact is that they probably used the same file for Mitchell and Dehner, changing only a few letters. Contrary to Dehner, the production only show a small part of Mitchell's file, indicating they may not want to set his birth on the same state. I think a note should be added that it is probably located on Newstate. - Philoust123 14:20, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

It is a considerable shame that this insert could not be remastered in 2007 to do away with what obviously resembles microfilmed records, and replace it with a high-speed scroll of more imaginative data. Eldman is merely a rearrangement of the letters for Delman (Dr. Dehner), and their stardates (see place their births only three months before the episode's events, so remastering could have allowed more realistic dates to be inserted - probably showing additional digits in parentheses prior to the four digit dates.
