Questionable location/entry? - THOR 03:12, 28 Dec 2004 (CET)

I don't think this requires a separate entry, it's the voice of a computer. It could be placed as a sidenote under Cardassians or just in the actress' wiki. Enzo Aquarius 03:34, 28 Dec 2004 (CET)
It's already noted under Computer voice. -- EtaPiscium 03:37, 28 Dec 2004 (CET)

Searching Edit

Does anyone know of a good Text-To-Speech voice that sounds like Majel Barrett Roddenberry? 70.150.206.188 23:30, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Male computer voice Edit

Cosmo Genovese the unidentified Male computer voice? In several early eps of TNG such as "11001001" there is a male computer voice. This occurs in other episodes too. I suspect that Cosmo Genovese (TNG Script Supervisor) is this voice. If you watch several of the behind the scenes featurettes on the TNG Blu-rays you will hear him doing other actors parts in the background while actors film a scene. The fact that he reads these parts off screen is confirmed in this interview. [1] His voice sounds remarkably familiar to the Male computer voice heard several times in the series. I suspect that it is him. - jason3fc (talk) 04:45, March 11, 2015 (UTC)

ExpansionEdit

I feel like there ought to be a list of all computer voices heard in Trek by ship and which shows or films they were heard in. --LauraCC (talk) 19:45, August 26, 2016 (UTC)

I agree. The computer voice is a character and should have a list of appearances like other characters. NetSpiker (talk) 02:28, August 27, 2016 (UTC)

I say this because right now, the background info is formatted as "So and so played this computer, another guy played this one", etc. Instead of being organized, it's a loose list. --LauraCC (talk) 16:49, August 29, 2016 (UTC)
