Wobble[]

Is it possible that the "wobble" portion of the name refers to the flavor of an alcoholic beverage, i.e. rum? There is ice cream with such flavours, and it would account for the wobbling. Alx xlA 23:44, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

Chocolate marble?[]

I was watching this episode with the TV captions on yesterday, and I noticed that they gave this flavor the name "chocolate marble". (As in marble cake, only ice cream?) Can someone check the original script and see if this might not be a case of the child mis-pronouncing his lines? (I know this may not lead to a rename, as what is said by the actor becomes canon, not what is merely written in the script, but perhaps worth a background note if true?) --LauraCC (talk) 18:08, September 11, 2016 (UTC)

If it's the captions that got it wrong, on the other hand, nothing more needs to be done. BTW, I suppose it could be gelatinous ice cream. (Hence the "wobble".) --LauraCC (talk) 18:45, September 12, 2016 (UTC)

The James Blish adaptation says "chocolate wobble." I'd assume that's something like chocolate marshmallow ice cream, with something swirled in with the chocolate in a "wobbly" pattern.--CLBennett (talk) 21:59, September 23, 2016 (UTC)
