Merge with castle. Both are weak articles. --Alan del Beccio 01:30, 3 February 2008 (UTC)

Renaissance lacking cite Edit

There doesn't appear to be an "Undeveloped Star Trek films" page, or a page for this idea. --LauraCC (talk) 17:16, April 24, 2017 (UTC)

Real and unique undeveloped star trek films go here, unless by some mysterious logic they're deemed to be important enough topics to get their own page. However, if it's just a case of the movie significantly changing between initial concept and finished product, then that's simply discussed in the movie's background section, as is already the case at Star Trek: First Contact. The renaissance thing is a clear example of the latter case, it's basically the same general story but set in a different time period. Of course, exactly where to draw the line between when the idea for the next movie is merely part of the process of creating the finished product, or a distint project altogether, that's another mysterious logic thing... -- Capricorn (talk) 12:48, April 25, 2017 (UTC)

Would a title redirect to that section of first contact's page be the best solution then? --LauraCC (talk) 17:21, April 25, 2017 (UTC)

If that title was actually ever considered.... personally I have never ever heard of it and this page is the only one with that redlink. I think the most obvious way forward anyway would simply be to rewrite that note to a simple sentence saying that a castle was at one point considered to be featured in FC. -- Capricorn (talk) 08:17, April 26, 2017 (UTC)
