Removed Speculation Edit

I removed the following.

  • Casey was possibly a reference to the character of the same name and rank played by Star Trek veteran Paul Winfield in the 1996 sci-fi comedy Mars Attacks! However, it could just as easily be a play on the popular chain of convenient stores (Casey's General Stores). It may also have been meant to honor General George Casey, the commander of U.S. Army forces in Iraq. Another possibility is that the character was named for Casey Biggs, who played Damar.

As covertly noted by another user, it's just a name. Without any citation, all of this speculation is pointless, and with respect, far-fetched.– Cleanse 05:52, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
